Please note the following regarding your hotel accommodations at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica: 

• Group Rate: The group room rate is a per person/per night rate and will be honored three (3) days before and after the Conference dates, subject to room availability.

• All-Inclusive: Planet Hollywood Costa Rica is an all-inclusive resort with a few limitations. There is a difference between the Junior Class Suites and the Star Class Suites. Star Class upgrades will provide you with more exclusive amenities such as premium bar labels at Star Class bars, exclusive access to Star Class Lounge, an upgraded room service menu, a pool exclusive to Star Class guests, and more. 

• Required Reservation Deposit: (1) One-night deposit per person (Non-Refundable)

• Cancellation Policy: Up to 15 days prior to arrival, clients can cancel without penalty and the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations 14 days or less, the full stay per person will be charged.

• No Shows & Early Departures: The full stay will be charged.

• Minimum Length of Stay: (2) night-minimum stay required
